NBM of Africa has expressed heartfelt condolences to His Majesty, King Charles III, the royal family and the good people of the United Kingdom on the peaceful passing of Queen Elizabeth II.
This was contained in a condolence message read by its spokesman, Mr. Oluwatosin Dixon, while speaking to journalists at the National Headquarters of NBM of Africa in Benin City, Nigeria.
The pan-Africanist organization also congratulated King Charles III on his ascension to the throne. NBM of Africa prayed God to give His Majesty the wisdom to lead his people aright.
NBM of Africa added: “As the Queen of England and leader of the 14-nation Commonwealth since she came on board as the Queen, she has witnessed nuclear weapons proliferation, wars and developments globally and she developed herself and her family to fit into the new world. Today she has set the pace that her people can see and follow easily.
“The family should be consoled and proud that the late monarch lived a dutiful life with dedication to world peace as well as the growth in strength of her people and the British monarchy.
“The NBM of Africa supports good governance, justice and equal opportunities among all races. We pray that the late Queen rests in peace with her maker.”
