I heartily extend my congratulations to you, His Royal Majesty, Oba Ewuare II, the Oba of Benin, on the occasion of the 2nd anniversary of your ascension to the throne of your forebears.
I also happily convey my felicitations to Your Majesty on the anniversary of your royal birth, a day which divinely and significantly coincides with the anniversary of your coronation.
I wish His Royal Majesty and the members of the Benin Royal Family God’s guidance, good health, longevity of life and prosperity on the throne.
Similarly, I wish the Chiefs and all the people of Benin Kingdom much happiness, success and prosperity which your reign is already ushering.
